Effective as of the date you accept it electronically

This Mentorship Enrollment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of the date you accept it electronically (the “Effective Date”), by and between:

Ritesh Verma LLC (“Ritesh Verma LLC,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), a limited liability company, the provider of the Agent Rise Mentorship Program, represented by Ritesh Verma; and

the undersigned client (the “Client,” “Participant,” “Student,” or “You”), whose name and details are set out in the signature block at the end of this Agreement.

Ritesh Verma LLC and the Client may each be referred to as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”

The Program: The “Program” means the Agent Rise Mentorship Program, including all mentorship, coaching, calls, community access, and materials described in this Agreement.

By accepting these terms electronically, or by enrolling in or otherwise participating in the Program, the Client agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth below. If the Client does not agree to all of these terms, the Client must not accept these terms, enroll, or participate in the Program.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

1.1. Purpose.

The Program is designed to teach individuals how to build and sell agents. This includes guidance on technical skills, marketing and sales strategies, client communication, and other related areas.

1.2. Scope of Services.

• We will provide mentorship, guidance, and educational content through methods such as video calls, group sessions, individual coaching, and/or pre-recorded materials.
• One-on-one mentorship calls with Ritesh Verma LLC are included as set out in Section 3.5. Continued one-on-one access beyond the included period is available through renewal (see Section 3.5).
• Group sessions, recorded materials, the Secret Vault, the community, and all other Program assets remain accessible per the standard terms outlined elsewhere in this Agreement.
• We may modify the Program's content or delivery method at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, in order to maintain or improve the Program quality.

2. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

2.1. Age Requirement.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in this Program. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.2. Registration Information.

• You agree to provide accurate and current information during the enrollment process.
