Welcome to the Bot Developer Mentorship (hereinafter the “Program”). This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (the “Participant,” “Student,” or “You”) and Ritesh (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”), governing your participation in the Program.

By enrolling in or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to all the terms, do not enroll or participate in the Program.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

1.1. Purpose.

The Program is designed to teach individuals how to build and sell agents. This includes guidance on technical skills, marketing and sales strategies, client communication, and other related areas.

1.2. Scope of Services.

• We will provide mentorship, guidance, and educational content through methods such as video calls, group sessions, individual coaching, and/or pre-recorded materials.
• We may modify the Program’s content or delivery method at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, in order to maintain or improve the Program quality.

2. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

2.1. Age Requirement.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in this Program. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.2. Registration Information.

• You agree to provide accurate and current information during the enrollment process.
• You must promptly update your information if it changes.

2.3. Program Access.

Access to Program materials, calls, and additional resources will be granted solely to the Participant. You agree not to share or distribute any Program materials without express written permission.
